"My dryer was working, but not producing any heat. I called Marv's this morning and left a message stating my issue and address. I had never used them so I did not know the time frame in which they might respond. Dave called me back in less than 10 minutes and asked a few questions about the problem and the model as well as asking for the model number so he could have the parts available if needed. He arrived in less than two hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem and cleaned up everything quickly. He ran the dryer to show that it was now heating. Prompt, honest service at a reasonable cost. Will use again if needed and would highly recommend."

"I sent a message this morning through their website to inquire about dishwasher repair. Dan called me within 10 minutes, asked for the model # of the dishwasher, and said he'd look into it. Less than 15 minutes later, he called back with some troubleshooting tips. It took less than an hour from the time I submitted my web inquiry to when we wrapped up our troubleshooting phone call. He didn't charge me for any of it, and I really appreciated his professionalism and integrity in not charging me for a house call when we were able to talk through it on the phone. Highly recommend."

"Since my dryer was not heating, I needed someone to come out as quickly as possible and Marv did that. He had the part(s) needed in his truck and was able to repair it on the spot. Thank you Marv. Will definitely look to you in the future. "

"This past Valentine's Day I decided to go all out and repair the dishwasher for my husband. I know, I know, I overdid. But really, I didn't want to kick it back to 1950 and enforce mandatory handwashing for all dishes, so I consider it a pretty awesome gift. You're welcome. Next year perhaps I'll spring for a new utility sink. Dream a little dream. It took approximately 20 hours of our dishwasher a) not cleaning the dishes, b) leaving an inordinate amount of soap scum, and c) still not working after my husband took apart and cleaned every visible piece of the machine before I went the professional route. Dan from Marv's Appliance Repair was kind enough to pay our sad machine a visit within 5 hours of my intial call. He quickly diagnosed the problem (clogged intake) and within 40 minutes my machine was running perfectly. Plus, I gleaned some tips from Dan to ensure that this issue doesn't become a recurring problem. Friendly, on-time, fairly priced, and super knowledgable - Marv's is as good as it gets in my (repair) book!"

"He arrived within one hour of my call. The hose needed to be replaced which he went to obtain, returned, and completed the repair. The washer is working fine now. I would hire them again. "

"Marv's Appliance did such an awesome job in terms of service. We've used them twice already. 1st) Communication - They either pick up the phone or call you back within a few hours (1 - 3 hours at most). 2nd) Very quick turn around. Whatever your situation is, they'll make it a priority, and visit quickly. 3rd) Honest - They show you what is going on, they will call others, they will tell you what is your best option. Unless something changes, this will be the store we contact for any issues."

"Dan from Marv's fixed my dryer on 1/11/19. He was knowledgeable about my Maytag dryer, and asked for the model number so he would have replacement parts on hand when he arrived. He explained what was needed, replaced worn out parts and completed the job in about 1 hour. He arrived on time and I will use him again. He has many years of experience as he worked for his father 'Marv' and ultimately took over the family business. He also can repair other household and kitchen appliances."

"Service was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. Asked him to replace a heating element in our oven, but he quickly determined that the issue was actually in the control panel. Was perfectly pleasant when we chose not to replace it at that time. We'll certainly call Marv's for any future appliance needs."

"Called this morning to have my oven looked at. They were able to come out same day and repair the igniter. I had a drawer that was stuck and he even messed around with that for a long time to try to help me out. Would use again in a heartbeat."

"Very glad I found them. Dan (Marv's son, who now runs the business) took the time to look up my model before he came so he could bring what he was likely to need. He came out quickly (so I could leave for an important appointment on time), diagnosed and explained the problem and solution, and took care of it right away. He charged a fair price and gave me a few tips for keeping my appliance in good condition. If you need an appliance repaired I'd highly recommend Dan and Marv's. "

"I have never gone in and written a review, but in this case I had to do it. Marv's came out last week to fix my dryer. We knew going in it was a bad circuit board, but their technician said that sometimes he is able to fix it without getting a new board. It worked before he left, but it stopped working as he said it might. I ended up having to get a new dryer because the new circuit board was too expensive to bother fixing. Dan just sent me a check in the mail for some of my money back - he only charged me for the diagnostics. For any of my appliance needs I will make sure I work in the future with such an honest company! Thanks Dan!!!"
